As a neurodiverse, trauma‑informed counsellor and supervisor, I offer a safe and creative space where you can be understood without having to explain yourself. With extensive experience and a genuinely affirming approach, I walk alongside people as they heal, rebuild, and reconnect with who they are.

I offer counselling in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space, where you can take time to explore what’s going on for you at a pace that feels right. I work with adults and young people, and I specialise in supporting survivors of sexual and domestic violence. I also work with anxiety, ADHD, questions around gender identity, and with people who identify as neurodivergent. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, and I hold deep respect for the many different ways people experience and move through the world.
My approach is primarily person-centred and integrative, shaped by over ten years of therapeutic experience. I work creatively and collaboratively, adapting how we work together to suit you as an individual. You are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you — offering support, curiosity, and care as you make sense of your experiences and find ways forward that feel authentic to you.
I am committed to ongoing continued professional development, ensuring my practice remains ethical, reflective, and informed.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), And an accredited member of the National counselling & Psychotherapy society (NCPS), fully insured, hold an enhanced DBS check, and work in line with GDPR requirements. I am also ICO registered, so your privacy and confidentiality are always respected.
