Embarking on therapy/counselling can be a difficult process, I offer a safe, welcoming environment for my clients to talk through any issues. I am an registered member of the BACP. (the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I hold an up to date DBS and am fully insured. I am GDPR compliance.

Counselling can be short or long term, I work creatively to adapt to your individual needs and goals you may have set yourself. Counselling can enable you to feel less alone with your thoughts and feelings. The overall aim is to empower you to understand yourself and gain the tools to live your life in a positive way.

I have experience of working with issues around anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship difficulties, sexual/physical abuse, family difficulties and low self esteem and others. I have over 3000 counselling hours experience and have been volunteering/working at a sexual abuse crisis centre for over 8 and a half years.

I am a qualified counselling supervisor and have over 800 supervisory hours.

I offer online, Whatsapp and face to face counselling at £50 per 50 minute session. Initial Consultation FREE
